bligner Perl and Python aligner

bligner is a free aligner application written in Perl and Python.

It allows to align two text files to create a TMX translation memory.

It is not designed as an interactive aligner (where you align segments using a graphical user interface), but as a batch aligner.

Main features

• Can be used in paragraph or sentence-mode, using an SRX-like syntax for segmentation.
• Runs as a command-line or files can be selected interactively
• Runs on any platform allowing to run Perl or Python.

bligner is developped and maintained by Didier Briel, and is distributed under the Artistic License 2.0.
